Where Your Journey Begins
In our work together, you’ll find a safe and nurturing space to show up as your authentic self — honestly, vulnerably, and without judgment. Whether you come as an individual or a couple, this space is for what truly matters to you: unresolved emotions, repeating patterns, inner blocks, or a longing for deeper connection.
Together, we’ll gently explore what’s beneath the surface — at a pace that feels right for you. With empathy, clarity, and respect, I’ll support you in discovering new perspectives, breaking old patterns, and creating meaningful ways forward.
Whether you’re seeking to resolve conflict, navigate life transitions, improve communication, or reconnect with yourself or your partner — I’m here to support your unique process.
This is your space to feel heard, understood, and seen. To pause, reflect, and reconnect — with yourself, with each other, and with what truly matters.
Counselling is available in English and German, in person in Düsseldorf or online — in the format and language that feel most supportive for you.

A glimpse into our work together
My approach to counselling weaves together the compassionate, Client-Centred approach according to Carl Rogers, the integrative depth of Roberto Assagioli’s Psychosynthesis , and the insightful perspective of Systemic Constellation work, creating a supportive and holistic space for personal growth.
Psychosynthesis offers a range of creative methods designed to help you discover and nurture your inner strengths. It aims to bring together the various aspects of your personality, guiding you toward a more powerful, authentic, and energized version of yourself. Through client- centered counselling, based on the principles of Carl Rogers, I have also come to understand the healing power of a compassionate attitude, deep empathy, and true authenticity. This approach, especially when combined with Systemic Constellation work, helps uncover unconscious patterns and dynamics within romantic relationships and family systems, bringing them into the light and creating space for new understanding, healing, and deeper connection.
Rediscover clarity and a renewed sense
of energy in your life.
Together, we will focus on lighting your
path rather than staying in
the shadows.
Psychosynthesis – Embracing Your Inner Strength and Diversity
Psychosynthesis is based on the deep understanding that we are made up of many different inner aspects, such as our needs, desires, potential, and thoughts. Rather than viewing these as contradictions, this approach helps you become more aware of them, integrate them, and tap into their power as valuable resources.Rather than viewing crises and challenges as obstacles, psychosynthesis invites you to see them as valuable opportunities for personal growth. The aim is to help you deepen your self-awareness, find inner guidance, and strengthen your sense of self.
In our work together, I will support you in exploring the richness of your inner world, releasing blockages, and walking your unique path toward greater clarity, self-confidence, and inner balance.
What truly inspires me about psychosynthesis is its gentle yet empowering way of guiding people to their full depth. It opens new perspectives and uncovers hidden inner strengths – revealing the incredible potential for transformation that lies within you.
Client-Centered Therapy – Creating a Space for Authentic Understanding
Carl Rogers’ client-centered approach is based on the belief that every person has the potential for growth, especially when supported in a caring, understanding, and authentic way.
At the heart of this approach is the relationship between you and me: a safe, trusting space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. Through active listening, empathy, and a warm, open attitude, we’ll create an environment where your personal journey can unfold at its own pace.
I will be here by your side, offering clarity, presence, and authenticity, guiding you toward a deeper understanding of yourself, helping you discover your inner path, and supporting you in making decisions with confidence that align with who you truly are.
The client-centered approach of Carl Rogers has deeply shaped my work. I have seen firsthand how powerful active listening, empathy, and a respectful presence can be – and how they help build the trust and clarity needed for real transformation.
Systemic Constellation Work – Taking Charge of Your Inner Processes
In my work with systemic constellations, we gently explore and transform the hidden patterns, relationships, and dynamics that shape your personal connections. Whether in romantic relationships, family ties, or friendships, it’s often unconscious dynamics that weigh us down or hold us back. Systemic constellations help bring these dynamics to light, offering the opportunity to discover new perspectives and find meaningful solutions.
What draws me to this method is its simple yet powerful impact: by setting up both your inner and outer “systems,” you can experience and witness healing processes and solutions in real time. It creates a space where you can better understand yourself and your relationships, and begin the journey of healing with those closest to you.
What is Psychosynthesis?
Psychosynthesis is a holistic psychotherapeutic approach that views every person as a unique combination of various personality aspects – both conscious and unconscious, as well as vulnerable and powerful. The goal of this method is to integrate inner conflicts, release blockages, and unlock a person’s full potential. Developed by the Italian psychiatrist Roberto Assagioli, Psychosynthesis blends psychological, creative, and spiritual elements to support a person’s overall growth.
At its core, Psychosynthesis is based on the idea that personal growth occurs when we do not suppress, but instead consciously acknowledge and harmonize the different inner voices – such as the inner child, the inner critic, or our creative self. Psychosynthesis helps people gain a deeper understanding of themselves, achieve inner clarity, and find a coherent, meaningful path in life.
In Psychosynthesis work, methods such as guided imagination, creative expression, engaging with the shadow self, and meditative centering are used. It not only promotes emotional balance but also strengthens the connection to one’s core essence, thereby opening up the space for personal and spiritual growth.
I use Psychosynthesis in individual and couples counseling to support people through life transitions, relationship crises, or on their journey to greater self-awareness and inner alignment.
Person-Centred Counselling According to Carl Rogers
Person-centred counselling – also known as client-centred counselling – was developed by the American psychologist Carl Rogers. It is part of the humanistic approaches to psychotherapy and is based on a deep trust in the natural developmental potential of the individual.
At its core, it holds the belief that every person has the inherent ability to grow, develop, and heal – provided they experience a relationship where they are accompanied authentically, with appreciation and empathy. This is exactly the approach taken by the counsellor or therapist in person-centred work.
Key elements of this approach include unconditional positive regard, empathy, and congruence – authenticity in the relationship between the client and the counsellor. The focus is not on finding the “right solution,” but on the client’s inner experience. Through active listening, empathetic feedback, and a non-judgmental attitude, a safe space is created where personal insights can unfold and individual paths can be discovered.
This method empowers individuals to perceive their feelings more clearly, understand themselves better, and reconnect with their inner resources and goals. It is not about giving advice but about supporting the individual’s development process – with respect, mindfulness, and trust.
Person-centred counselling is particularly beneficial for those seeking clarity, inner alignment, or emotional relief. It is successfully applied in psychological counselling, psychotherapy, education, and coaching.
In my work, I use this approach both in individual counselling and couples’ support. I offer a space where you can be seen, heard, and understood – without pressure, without judgment, and at your own pace.
What is Systemic Constellation Work (also known as Family Constellations)?
Systemic Constellation Work (Family Constellations) is a method from systemic therapy and counselling that allows relationship dynamics and hidden patterns within a system to become visible. This can involve family, partnership, professional, or organizational systems.
In a constellation, individuals or representatives are positioned in space to reflect the relationships and roles within the system being examined. This spatial arrangement creates a holistic picture of the inner and outer structures – often with surprising clarity.
Systemic constellations help identify entangled dynamics, unconscious loyalties, or blocking patterns. The representatives often experience emotional states or tensions connected to their position in the system – even without prior knowledge of the content. This allows previously unconscious connections to become felt and recognized.
This method enables a shift in perspective and opens up new spaces for solutions. It is particularly effective in addressing recurring relationship conflicts, internal blockages, professional decision-making situations, or clarifying family issues.
I apply systemic constellation work in individual counselling as well as in couples or group therapy settings – always with sensitivity, respect, and a safe environment where new insights can emerge.
What is the Difference Between Counselling and Psychotherapy?
Unlike psychotherapy, psychological counselling is not a form of medical or clinical treatment. It is designed for individuals navigating life’s many challenges who are seeking support, clarity, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.
